Just a little tighter crop for me, slightly more contrast, dodge the blown highlights on his back and a little sharpen.

it is just my try on removing the blue patch so it can create more contrast with tht Grey color.

Sepia toned to 90%, adjust brightness lower, slight contrast lower and adjusted levels a bit. Plus cropping
