im working in penang and need to go back to mainland after TT as well. Yes, i also wish for early TT, but we have to be fair to other ppl, some ppl work until quite late, some ppl come from mainland in terrible jam on the bridge and some ppl have dinner plan on that hour....

so, TT on 9 is fair enough. no rush for every one.

What is TT ? Teh Tarik, teh tarik is usually after dinner, where ppl will
meet up to have some chit chat while sipping on their coffee after dinner
to relax and catch up with friends.

What is our dinner time? normally it is 6-8 pm. (nothing to shout about, but my sometime my dinner time is 10 pm, due to work commitment and sometime it can be 5pm) base on majority, everyone would have their dinner with friends or family at 7-8 pm. By than they would continue to coffee section which is TT.

Personally, i have no objection if the TT is done at 8pm since i'm staying near. If we wanted to talk about travelling, pls let me share something
there was once, i once experienced travel to Alor Star for 1 dinner, and i was suppose to go there without going back to office in Penang island. Due to urgent meeting i had to rush to office and go to dinner and come back to penang island at 11 pm. I believe anyone in here does travel alot just to have coffee. Heck i even travel to Autocity at 11pm to have drinks with friends.

So, pls don't tell us your problem that the TT is late or too early, that is your problem not our problem. You can't expect everyone to say "yes" to your time. Pls respect everyone decision, and the organizer decision. Afterall, if you find it boring to wait for TT, how about go out and do some photoshoting at the street or something else before coming to TT?

This is open for suggestion. Who care you take your dinner at 6 or 8pm, you can even take your dinner at 11pm? Who care??!!! You travel or not travel to and fro penang, that's again your problem. You like it. Not everyone like it. Shouting about it is just opinion. If you cannot accept ppl's opinion / suggestion, be quite.! In short, SHUT UP.

if i confirm to come, i can come early so that i can cater the needs of people that wish to be there early because my place to eGate around 15 minutes only. i don't mind at all to come early.
those who unable to come early due to distance & other commitments, it is ok. people will wait for u. last TT, we ended at around 2am or something, right? so no need to worry about it. as long as Starbucks didnt chase us away, then we are ok. :D

keep in mind that TT is about meeting real people, making friends, exchange experiences & knowledge. not forgetting tok-kok also! hehehe. it is good to go out and meet real people that we know online. coz some people act differently when they are online and when we meet them face-to-face. like me for example, i'm very very shy one when meet people face to face. :redface: :run_away:
