Hand held ?

Try up your ISO. At ISO 80 at 1/5s, you must have a sturdy hand. :D

Try mount on tripod, and shoot.

Try to set long shutter with flash, don't worry about harsh shadow, coz long shutter with capture enough ambient light to shade your shadow.

I have a similar model in my house as ur 3rd pic . Mine is that the husband is cutting the wife's nails :)
