first of all it is good to have a slight underexposed photo because it is much easier to fix compared to overexposed shots.

about your photo, it is not sharp.
use smaller aperture, faster shutter speed.
can use sharpening tools to fix it using softwares.

the skin tone a bit weird to my personal preference.
either your WB was wrong, or you play around too much with the color on softwares.
