Here my quick effort, mostly work on clone brush, some contrast sharpening and little increased saturation on blue/green channels.

Some cloning job, some screen and multiply layer to bring out the skin and a lot of blurring to create fake bokeh hehehehe

Just my taste and preference. Comment is welcome if you have different opinions. Anyway, I am still a noob trying to act good!!! :(
Freaky pic - Object is been isolated well from the background. Background been blur out smoothly. Slight damage on the clown outline.
Kimberlycun pic - color adjustment makes the clown look more confuse and lost (clown eyes is looking upward wiping his sweat and messy makeup - a symptom of confused, lost and shocked)

Crop + Gaussian blur + saturation.

I echo Leslie's sentiment :D :D
All seem to have problems with James' hand, but I find SK's first two takes the best. Working on his hand - from wrist to inner elbow - will take almost an hour to an hour and a half. Unless you're like those colour sep Mac people :P

Huwaa! Very good effort! Looks pretty natural but when looking closer at James' lower arm..... aaaah
Wow.. Halee is at Photoshop again! Really nice but the part under his arm - PP can be noticed already :(

Where ah? I don't really see it. Alan, ming, can point out where ah?
You must understand that I have to work with such small file that it's difficult to actually be accurate.
Thanks for the encouragement.
Hehe yeah.. That's why we call you PP master
