Your foreground spoiled the picture by taking attention away from the beautiful sunset. So the first thing is to crop the foreground or clone it because it's so easy to extend the sea to cover it. Then saturate to get the warm colours. :)

Here's mine, took out foreground, straightened horizon 1+ degree, warm filter, higher contrast and a little sharpening.

Tried d dreamy look.. blurring and adding a bluer sky...
