TITLE: Reka Warisan 2008: Architectural Heritage Photography Contest and Exhibition

DESCRIPTION:
Sifoo.com, a well known Malaysian web portal online community focusing on graphic and multimedia resource
with a tagline "Sumber Grafik / Multimedia Malaysia" in cooperation with Galeri Shah Alam (GSA) are
organising a Photography Contest with a theme: 'Malaysia Architectural Heritage'

It is open to all Malaysians and the contest exhibition will be held at Galeri Shah Alam.
This event aim to create society's concern, awareness and appreciation on the local architectural heritage,
as well as to cultivating the understanding of art photography. Hence, to show initiative on documenting the photos of
architectural heritage for educational purposes and national archive.

The contest is on until April 4th. Great prizes are waiting for photo enthusiast.

Cheap way of getting photos for themselves. Just look at the prizes on offer! And then they can use the photos as and in what way they please. It's daylight robbery.

agree! if the rules applied to winning photos only, i would not have problems with it. but it applied to ALL submitted photos. then the photos that were not selected to win anything, will be used in what ever form that the organizer desired without getting anything, even credits.

So for about RM2000 in prizes plus advertising cost, they have all the pictures they will need for future events. Smart.
