Roti Bakar Nenek

I took this shot on a trip to Pengkalan Balak Melaka. This is my friends nenek who owns a shop selling roti bakar the traditional way. People that frequents her shop are malay villagers around the area. It was good to see the relationship and unity between these people as there was no discrimination at all. They went there for the company, coffee and most of all the roti bakar. It reminded me of the good old P.Ramlee movies where there was unity among all the races living in harmony.

wah there aren't many who toast bread over charcoal these days, i know one in Penang, near Komtar, nearby Little India. But not so good already.Its located in an alley.

good stuff anyway, there are places like this still around in small towns :)

Haha. Small they maybe, but it conveys the message and feeling very clearly.

At first I got shocked when i read the topic, it came accross as "granma got burned by bread" hahahaha... :P
