Ya..agree with the rest. Composition aside, there's sign of handshake. Try increasing the ISO to 200, and smaller f number too if you have to. Tamron SP90 right?

Hey all! Much thanks for the comments.
Well i am using 18-200VR!
Picture were taken in normal JPEG. Could that be the reason for not sharp image? also first time resizing pictures and didn't try Unsharp mask mentioned by Stiger :)
need to practice-practice!!

Not bad but a little underexposed and not sharp, composition a little too central and you need more catchlights in the models eye.
You can PP a bit to improve it.
1) Crop for better composition
2) Clone out distracting finger at bottom
3) Increase exposure using curves - watch histogram for highlights
4) Sharpen and increase contrast
5) Lighten eye bags
6) Brighten eyes
7) Desaturate slightly
8) Apply slight warming filter

I don't think the horizontal capture of this pic is too bad but I would like it much better if
- it would show the arm and hand!!! Frame more tight at upper border and show arm and hand hugging the tree instead.
- as mentioned it is not sharp.
