Last Public Holiday, I went to the Lighthouse in Tanjung Tuan... and the view was magnificent!

Well...it was colour eye candy but that was about it..with the sun shining hot, it wasn't really this obvious...until I took away all the extra light in post processing...and wow..really vivid colours!
So I tried to shoot some migratory birds...but when a few appeared...this was as close as I could get...sigh...and that also see one in every half an hour....and they disappear so quickly...

As u can see, my 200mm lense was definitely not good enough...so i got fed up and only enjoyed seeing them fly...with their wings open...
So instead of shooting birds...i saw a lot of bees working and i went to shoot them...

I got a few but after looking at them....actually quite similar..so i'll just post one..
Then on the way down from the lighthouse...i saw this peculiar fruit..or something....:?

But I wasn't satisfied, i came to shoot birds, so I must go home with a good bird shot! :mad:
So i walk around and search for them...and I finally found one! Perching on a branch! In broad daylight!!! OMG!
It's my final chance! :0

But actually it was on their billboard....:P
So it was a good trip....I set out to shoot birds, but I came back with some funny looking fruit, some bees, a nice seascape and most importantly, a shot of a bird!
It was a field day indeed! :D:cool::run_away:
