I like it, colour tone is lovely and warm without being overbearing.

A little green tint and it'd be very 60's.

But yeah need to get rid of the hair at the top, and you've lost some of the black cardigan in the shadows. Need more texture in the clothing for it to be a solid fashion shot. A fill card from below camera right would be good.
