Went to a crab fine dining restaurant called Kanidoraku:

Had some appetizers as starters:

The comes the half cooked crabs for dipping into a vinegar-ed sauce to eat:

now i start wondering what's the real intention behind all these japanese food photos series.....to ask for opinions, promoting Japan, or just to make all of us feel hungry and envy....

p.s. my saliva pumps have not been stopping since the first photo....:tongue_roll::tongue_roll:

Haha..your eyes are alright matey! Just my focusing on the plate to blur out the food intentionally :P (coz it doesn't look good but still want to take the pic)

Those are not Hokkaido king crab fulat..but it has big juicy legs..hehe

The meal is known as Kaiseki Ryori, which is the top-of-the-scale in Japanese cuisine, comes artistically served on individual ceramic dishes :D

I did try the crabs when I was in hokkaido... just 500 yen for the legs... damn cheap.. but it was fresh and fulfilling.. enough to fill my belly feasting on the legs..
