You may want to clear the blemishes on the model faces.

i think #1 is the best.
on your 2nd set, the WB was not consistent.
and i have to say that these photos were somewhere -1/3eV to -2/3eV.
could do some leveling.
as for the skin smoothening, can refer here (http://freeonlineclasses.net/index.php/Photoshop-Classes/Adobe-Photoshop-CS3-Photo-Retouching-Techniques/Professional-Skin-Smoothing.html).
there are a lot of techniques to smoothen skin.

can anyone with calibrated monitor give some feedback?
Ya ..I think most your photos is a bit too dark, and some photos skin tone is a bit warm.
Try set color setting of your monitor to SRGB preset.

thanks for the feedback.. since my monitor not calibrated, it looks fine to me but didn't know it looked under to others.. the warm skin tone is done on purpose but i guess i must have overdone it..

I also don't calibrate it, but I see from the web..best way for cheap accuracy is set to SRGB preset.
If your monitor don't have such preset ..manually change the color(red, green and blue) to 100.
