The flash was way too harsh :(. Did you diffuse the light?

Noise level was high too, which shouldn't be the case for ISO200. Unless you adjusted the Exposure a lot in PP?

Do number your images for easier C&C. Cheers :)

would have been a nice set if the flash wasn't too harsh.. :D

and try not to make all your subject center.. easiest way is to shoot center and crop to recompose..

Totally agreed with you the flash is too strong. The last 2 photo was testing on a new method of combination lens, so actually is a bit under, when brighten up the noise are obvious.

hmm....numbering is there.......

btw really appriciated your comment and will improve further...........TQVM

Frankly speaking extension tube will not cause any PQ loses because it does not have element, It will bring your lens focal distant closer, so that the subject can be larger. It works very well.

I have Raynox DCR250 too, I use it with my old EF-50mm f1.8 lens which I intend to sell it out later. I have wonderful pic with these lens befofre but I felt is not as sharp as sigma. SO I migrated to sigma now.

I'm trying to find tune my new lens and get the best lighting to work with this lens, SO far I only use it twice.

Hope to learn more from you and TT with you for macro shooting, but this week I have a trip for bird shots in manjung, so I can't join you guys on 5th. Maybe next week we can meet........??

Really appricited your help and advice.

jkc

For Zoo shooting here, I think you should target the time where they feed the birds and tiger. It will have more action shots to take. If I'm not wrong is around 4pm....??

If not you will see the tiger sleeping at far end...........:D

The only problem about the birds there is they looks like vulture .........:P
