Very nice expressions but the skin tone is a little blue and it's underxposed, kids definitely look better in brighter pics.

well in my opinion if u are a digital photographer (using Digital SLR), its already one package that u should know the basic idea of photography+digital post processing(photoshop etc).

the same thing as photographer using film SLR, the good one would prefer to process their film on their own in the dark room.

just in my humble opinion, but we gonna need to open another thread just to discuss about it :P

Yes understand editinging is part of photography, shooting RAW is best so you can adjust exposure/colour tone/white balance.

Then sharpen, and resize.

It's an integral part of the process. People don't know want to know the how, they just want to see a good end product.
