Hi all,

Pardon the lame title. I have a question.

Lets say you just witnessed an accident. You stopped your car and got down and found out that is a rather bad one, the driver died and maybe the passengers too. Is it ok then for you who is not a reporter to take pictures at accident scene?

Hope you all can give some opinions on this.

Call the necessary AND take the pix - it's personal. If you feel it's unbecoming, then don't. If you are squeamish, then don't :D

If you think you can make a buck or two by selling the pix to papers, then do - sounds mercenary but the poor souls are alive elsewhere, doesn't make a difference anymore.
