HELP! - Lost all my Macro Shortcuts in CS3

can someone help me coz I have lost my macro shotcuts/actions chich I set up in CS3. C


Can I retrieve it? if so HOW? ... happened a few times already... can I prevent it from happening again?

Macro Shortcuts?

Do you mean Actions? If so just check the Action folder.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Photoshop Actions

I assume you backed them up too, I always keep mine in Gmail so I can get them if I'm travelling.

Thanks ST, yes actions is what i am talking about.

can get up to the presets part but can't seem to find the Photoshop Actions folder.

Nope, its not hidden. very strange problem... could it be a virus or some sort?

Happened a few times already...... after setting all the actions, then exit CS3 fire it up and its there

but after a few times it just suddenly disappears... so strange

actually I've had that happen once before also... so after that, i saved the actions elsewhere... once i did that it never happened again... go figure... a bug maybe?

you are right could be a bug..... btw how do you save it in another location?

Just use the Save option in the Actions dialogue, I also saved outside somewhere else and not had any problems since then.
