Recovery Software for CF cards

Recently one of my friend ask where to get the recovery software for his CF card. I remember I had one when I bought the CF card new and it comes with it. But HDD formatted already.

Can anyone help?

if u own a lexar card, u can dl from their website. i think sandisk extreme III users are also entitled to dl from their respective website.

IMHO, you can also try to use 3rd Party application to recover deleted data from your CF card as well as the Harddrive. Most high end recovery software does the job, but it also depends on the condition of the files being recovered.
