Which software is the best and easiest for this stuff ?

you can try use ACDSee for mass conversion... all done at one go, although it will surely take a good few minutes if you are converting a lot of them.

i used photoshop to convert...can play arnd with lots of parameters...
but a bit slow..

ACDSee is incredibly slow, if you are using Photoshop I recommend doing batch conversion with that, you can mass tweak your RAW files, then convert them all in one shot.

Rawshooter is not bad too.

Or for higher end try Lightroom or Aperture.
