Yeah your aperture is too bright (the number too small).
When taking landscape or city scape you should ideally use something like f/8-11 to get everything sharper.
With an aperture like f/3.5-4.5 not much of the scene will be very sharp as your DoF (Depth of Field) isn't very big.
You can check out this article to get the basics on Aperture and DoF:
What is Aperture or f-stops/f number & Depth of Field (http://www.digisniper.com/2006/10/16/photography-basics-1-what-is-aperture-or-f-stopsf-number-depth-of-field/)
thx ST...
i had read some article about DOF few days ago. Then only realize about that.
aiks.... a bit too late. will see when i will back to that place again. Will try to do it better next time.
How about the composition of the picture?

I quite like it. You shot from an adjacent apartment block?
i actually snap it in a unit in the apartment. During that time forgot to bring tripod. So place it on the @ the edge of the wall. Anything, my lovely camera will drop from floor 14 to the ground. Cant imagine what will happen next. hahha.
Glad that you like it. I had make another shot few days later. But the moon wasn't there. And don't looks nice without the moon.

thx for the suggestion. Red Color..maybe i scared it will distract the picture. So i use some color which similar to background. next time i will try to do it better. and again, thx for the suggestion..:drunk:
