Thought I should begin to take steps towards some composition.

I feel I'm missing a few things here.... 1/3 rule not satisfied(?) i.e. more of building or more of the clouds? The sky is not blue enough?

So, C & C most welcomed! :)

i like the reflection of sky on the windows, nice:)

Sky seems fine with me :D
But due to the time of day, this part of the building is in shadow.
