The glow is natural it's always there if there's any cloud above KLCC, it's the KLCC illumination lighting up the sky.

If you do long exposure you can quite often capture it.

The black & white in fact does look good. Maybe because there's no distracting color lights (too many) to take away the attraction of "The Eye" imho. Chow...this is a good pic.

The black and white does work very well for this as dk mentions due to the fact it removes any potentially distracting colours and allows you to appreciate the serenity of the scene.

sorry.. as my comment can be quite daring here.

i dun like it. B&W gives me some old, outdated feeling or in memory of something.

something not suitable for opening ceremony... especially visit malaysia yr.

but i do like it. :D :wtf:
