im just wondering if mobile phone flash can be used as source for optical triggering platform for maybe SB800's SU4 mode, and if can how fast can it actually sync :P

Dunno, I doubt it cos it's not xenon flash - maybe N82 can.
I've tried with a compact camera and SU-4 before, but not a phone.

i'm not sure about N95's camera flash can trigger a flashgun, but i've tried using my K810i to trigger my friend's SB-800.
it worked. but the picture was overexposed kaw kaw.
hahahah.
In theory, you can trigger the SB-800 with any device with a proper flash (as opposed to one of those constant light source flash-wannabes). In practice, the device must also have aperture priority mode to have proper exposure. Otherwise, exposure is a hit and miss affair.
