A part from that, I find the bit above his head distracting. You should crop it away.

Looks like sharpest point is his neck. How is the light coming from top right?
Alan's suggestion emphasises focus on the boy, which is good.
Were you able to get a slightly more frontal shot?

I wish I could but the place is too tight.

I tried doing that but i wasn't doing a good job with it. Looked too fake for me. PP skill not good enough...
