I was looking thru the piles of pictures I've taken ever since my initial puchase of my 350D. Here's one which I particularly like due to the impact of it. It's actually from a series of similar theme - suicidal. Then again, this image can be viewed from 2 general perspective. A positive one and a negative one. So it really depends on how one percieve this picture.

This photo here reminds me of my own noobness when it comes to DSLR photography. We were all once there ;) asking stupid questions like whats HDR? Flash? Soft Lighting? These were all once deemed as far fetched know-hows for me. Heck I was experimenting with a table lamp light at that time when I took this shot!

This shot just brings me smiles. :) Why one may ask. Heck, beats me man! But I'm peeeerrrfectly sane. :P

Not really. The red line outside the 'blood' does not mimic it well .... blood does not leave a sharp & clean mark/trail out of itself.
And if blood was actually there, we would be able to see mini streaks, like mini tributaries.

Brings to mind a similar one in another forum .... :D

Lol... I dont really know how would blood ooze from my wrist cuz I've never done it in real life :P

Anyway, the "blood" in the photo was made out of 3 items.
1. Red color food dye
2. Blue color food dye
3. Clear hair gel (those squeeze from tube ones)
The hair gel was used to give the "blood" a bit more viscous texture, while I needed to add a hint of blue colored dye to darken the redness of the overall color.
