Thank you, ST! I will certainly post pics, when I get into the shooting mode again! As per my earlier post, I am leaning very much to being a Mr. Point & Shoot and getting rid of all my heavy stuff.

if you want to sell it, better make up your mind fast.... there is a probability that the price will drop once nikon announces the new model within next 1-2 months.

if I were you, I'll keep the d300... it's a good camera and you can always rely on it when you are traveling or just snapping some leisure pictures....
