then it is your WB i guess. if u shoot in RAW, u can adjust the temperature & color tint of your photos using Adobe Camera Raw software.

She looked too pale in the first photo, almost ghostly.
Give her some Vitamin A and C, and adjust the colours to be warmer. ;)

yes ISO too high at 400, that why i think skin color bit pale and bit burn-out
try shoot in RAW, more flexibility to photoshop...

the reason why i never shoot in raw is i dunno what to do with it after shooting raw, well, capacity is not an issue, just that i dunno what software to use to handle the raw....

Ooo..not so difficult to process RAW. Normally the camera you bought comes with a CD software or you can oso use photoshop, elements etc.
- with this you can adjust more as compared to jpeg format

It's not underexposed, see her shirt - if it were exposed any more her shirt would be blown.
It's just very badly and unevenly lit.

It's not about camera features or PP, those can only enhance.
How you think people took beautiful portraits on film before computers?
It's about light, reflection, refraction, diffusion, shaping and most importantly understanding light and it's properties.
Photography is about light, until you fully understand light you won't get the results you want.

Join an outing with some others, you can learn a lot.
If you have a free model even better, get a few people together (some with more experience) and learn from each other.

im confused. often i saw ppl open new thread and get scolded by forumers that they should have posted in the own thread, but now u asked me to open a new thread for new set of photos.....
so which should i follow?

joli - in here, it's different
if the theme/subject/location is different u can open a new thread...
if is same model + same location - u can continue in the same thread
