Very nice, Jack2.
You caught the tea plantation in the morning? Not enough blue or cyan, or too much yellow :D
Velvia has plenty rich blues/greens  :D :D :D

wow nice place to shoot...
jack x2 : love the pics except for the overexposed sky :( if got nice sky, and u hit the velvia button again, I can assure you will salivate at the colors even more! haaha...
caveman : your shoot is nice too... try bumping it up by say 1/3 of an f stop cuz it seems a bit dark - then again, it could be my uncalib screen playing tricks on my eyes.

nice pics there karen... i like the first one very much... if only you have resized them to fit 800pxls on the long side - then it would reveal more details.

when we were there last year.. others beat us earlier took the best spots .. A bunch of uncle (some my dads friend, but i hid my face :D ) photographers from Ipoh went there much much earlier. So u can imagine 30 + tripods + 40 over ppl running around the place with cars all parked alongside the ravine.

Ah yes man tats Noordins Merc at the foreground. I'm hidden somewhere oh btw i used a Monopod not a tripod, hahahaha.. with timer some more... had to stick my legs in the sand and shove the whole Mono right into the ground to avoid premature handshake :D :D

All the pix makes me want to go back to Camerons again.
Had sworn off the highlands after the last trip with a horrible experience with Strawberry Park hotel..water supply was cut off and they mishandles the whole situation.
Which is a good hotel to stay in?
