Perhaps a 50 f/1.8 or 1.4, or 85 f/1.8, or 1.4 :)?

What do you think you need?
What do you feel is missing with your current lenses?
If I had to blindly guess I'd say get a Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8.

Hai ShaolinTiger,
Yupe i feel there sumthing missing with my gadget..The Nikkor 18-55 is just to normal lenses and Tamron AF 70-300 Dii are suitable for telephoto right...I looking the suitable for portrait (Wedding Shot) and wide angle....Hope you can guide me..?

Then I think Sigma 10-20mm would be best bet and maybe 50mm f/1.8.
Sigma is HSM so it has a motor, 50mm does not.

the Sigma is compatible with your D60. The 50mm is not.
The Sigma 50mm 1.4 has HSM and will be compatible..

you don't need wide angle lar.......
u need smaller aperture lens......... those 2.8 or 1.8 ones....
as for Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 Di II for Nikon, do read the feedback from shashinki.com.... the feedback is not very good.
personally, i do not recommend this lens, based on the feedback there.... There's a member here who is using D200 with this lens... maybe he will give u a guide....

nope! :D
he didn't said anything about being able to auto-focus. :P
haha nono bro its
1.0 Sigma 10-20 f/4-5.6
- With HSM so you get fast quiet AF on ur D60
2.0 Nikkor 50mm f/1.8
- You need to MF on your D60. As much as we'd all say you can use the 'green dot' for focus confirmation, IMHO it's not as convenient as it seems. go for the Sigma HSM 30mm F/1.4 or 50mm equiv.
3.0 Tamron 17-50 f/2.8
- i've used this for 3 weddings so far (indoor+outdoor) no problem whatsoever :) just remember to get the model with built-in AF motor for use with D60

on a serious note, i think tamron 17-50mm (new version with built-in motor) is the bet considering your D60.
or from your budget, you can get Nikkor 10.5 f/2.8 Fisheye. now, that's wiiiide! :D
