Blue Dragon, a Thai restaurant located at Cheras Business Centre. It was facing the MRR2 flyover nearby Tesco Cheras roundabout and Pantai Cheras.
Something rather unusual is that they have this RM10.90 set lunch promo from 12pm to 3pm everyday including weekends and this practice has been on going since a few years back. Even the RM10.90 price remains the same over the years.
My favourite set is the Spicy Fried Rice set, which includes:
#1 The Fried Rice itself, with fried fish and veges.

#2 A choice of Hot or Iced(pic) Lemon Tea.

#3 A choice of Spicy or Clear(pic) Tomyam Seafood Soup.

Finally, be prepared to pay the 5% government tax and the 10% service charge :P
