Buying Tamron & Tokina Lenses from Oversea

Hi,

I intend to buy Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 & Tokina 11-16mm F2.8.

I find these lenses are significantly cheaper in overseas likes Hong Kong.

I want to know is whether Tamron & Tokina carry International or local warranty for their lenses, any difference than buying in Malaysia?

Also is there any service centre for Tamron & Tokina in Malaysia?

Yes they do, you can get both local and grey set here.

If it's cheaper than buying grey set here and you're willing to take the risk then it's worth it.

Then how about the warranty? Tamron and Tokina only carry Local Warranty at every country? Normally how many years?
