Maybe next time u can try ISO 100 instead of 800 that u r using for this pic.

Reason being:
1. noise
2. lose color and contrast (can bring that back in PP)

Its better to meter the exposure off the BG and then compensate the FG with strobe. Coz what u've done, makes the whole pic unbalance in terms of exposure. And I think the main subjects also OOF.
