i had shot some indian weddings before and believe me, it was very hard to control the lighting and WB.
colors always run as the skin tonne color is dark and tends to over expose other parts.
but i can say you managed to overcome it well. Kudos

Well documented photos of the event. It must be difficult because I can imagine how tight and restricted that ceremony in the temple must be.

I was lucky because the lighting set-up at the ceremonial area of the temple has been very well done.
