#1 the framing is quite weird, espcially the upper horizontal white line( cut thru the building ).

#1 & #5 - the cutting/division of the picture doesn't quite work for the compositions. And the sudden transition of colour and B&W doesn't quite work for me :(

#2 - Be careful with the greens. The greens here seem to be taking away the attention more than the bridge and skies that look somewhat washed-out here. But I like the panoramic crop.

#3 - Nice. I like the reds and oranges :)

#4 - Um, the pole is quite distracting.

#6 - Nice, but the purple flower and the rubber band (i think) at the top quite distracting. Was this from the steps at the Botanical Garden :D

#7 - Um, I don't quite get this!

#8 - Nice, I like this!

#9 - Nice low angle! But I would prefer it without the "Putrajaya" wording.

#10 - After looking at all the above picture, the only word that appeared on my mind was "wow" :D:D

Yikes, I typed all these ... then realised you did not ask for any C&C. Sorry huh if I terlampau cakap dah :(

I think your title/watermark spoiled a lot of the nice photos.

Np worries mate. :)

I just got back from Tawau & Sampoerna, Sabah after 5 days of Crossing Bridges project. On the last night we had a presentation of the best photos from each country for the few days that we had been shooting. I have to admit the Indonesians were far ahead! They understand light and how best to use that. The best lights are in the early mornings and evenings till sunsets. They take the trouble to be up so very early and to wait for sunset to catch the light.

OT a bit here
i have to totally agree with noordin, Indonesians are far far ahead of us in terms of their skill and their devotion, they are willing to go to the edge just to get the perfect shot..weather, time, $$, any form of obstacle is just a hurdle away.

Here's the Indonesian photo forum....

http://www.fotografer.net/, its in bahasa indonesia, but language is not an obstacle to knowing more of our neighbouring friends :)
