Thanks starship. My setup was D80+SP90+SB600+DIY diffuser (but diffuser lost in action:sad_smile:). this spider quite big in size around 3~4cm and not moving fast, so easylah.

Noted. In some conditions and due to space contraints, sometimes I have to bear with it or cropped it at later stage.. which normally I dont unless really dont have the choice. A lot more to learn lol...

I believe #11/12 is a Shield bug and #13 is a Robber Fly.

Thanks ShaolinTiger for the ID. But #13 I feel that it's not a Robberfly because it's measuring 10~15mm in size and could collapsed its wings on top of its back.

13 is a robberfly for sure. I'd even mistaken one (http://www.shutterasia.com/forum/showpost.php?p=133796&postcount=1) for a wasp once LOL.

The shasimi lookalike is a shield bug nymph.

Yah it's definitely a Robberfly.
