SB-800 Change Zoom Mode

all sifu, i had a sb-800, i don't know how to change it from manual zoom to auto zoom. i'm stupid cause i read the menu book five days still can't do it .:?don't know i skip one step or other thing. hope sifu can teach me. thank you very much.

Is your mode currently in M (manual?). If yes press the "Mode" button till it shows E-TTL then press the "Set" button (little round button in the middle).

first thing first...u r not stupid....

if u have the diffuser on it and the 14mm built-in adapter pulled out, it will be at Manual zoom at 17mm or 14mm respectively.

sb800 is a fantastic flash...one of the best hot shoe flash ever (maybe except the sb900).

really? very lucky i'm choosing nikon but the chiness photographers in k terengganu use 'c'. they said 'c' is the best. they always ask me switch to 'c' but i don't. so that they always not teach me how to shot a sharp & beautiful photo just chin cai tell me only. anyway my brother's friend from kl give me this web site, he said here have a lot of sifu will teach me, so i try it and its right.my camera also bought from kl althrough i'm in terengganu. thanks a lot sifu.:worship:

all sifu, very sorry cause i know what's wrong already.i took over the diffuser also can't work cause i didn't put the sb-800 to the camera and i put to the camera i didn't put on the lens. i'm really stupid and pai she to all sifu.:redface: very sorry but any way thanks a lot to all sifu, i will put up the photo to get yours comment.:)
