#2 is my pick. A little bit closer would give better impact while maintaining the surrounding environment.

betul betul, i should have gone nearer..
but in this case hor it was a case of agak agak which one will give me a better result.
option 1 if i stay further and focus on uncle, then i can flatten the background
or option 2 i go nearer and shoot uncle but get all the clutter behind hin in focus too and make the shot noisy...

tough call and hard to agak because the viewfinder on a rf tarak DOF preview :D

so i went for option 1
