Went to Sungai Congkak with some classmates to do assignment. They shoot film(which is the assignment, while i shoot digitally(assignment done liao). This shooting is for me to master black and white. :)

Only two as mentioned... I took around 7 shots in 1 hour and they managed to finish 1 roll of film in less than 1 hour! o__O

Well, here are the shots of the day.

I prefer #2 over #1 because of a) the lighting and b) perhaps because of the lighting, consequently looks less 'messy'

The damp mid-stream rocks look a mite slightly unnatural, mebbe looks more natural in colour :D:D don't mind me

Pix #2. Is it my eye or it looks slanting to the right?

Overall nice feel. BTW, why B&W? Assignment requirementts?

Besides Sg Congkak, nearby there, there are Sg Gabai, Sg Tekala and Sg Perdik

I like #1 for its composition. #2 for it's silky smooth waters.

And i shud tell u, the colors one looks bad to me :P and super noisy, its a 20+ sec exposure... E500 cant handle noise well :X

Besides Sg Congkak, nearby there, there are Sg Gabai, Sg Tekala and Sg PerdikIts my class subject :) "Black and White Photography". Assignment requirement is go to sg. congkak, and shoot. Its like a class project, do the same series, then wait for assessment and exhibition. :)

I went to sg gabai with NonBlood that time ma. The gabai falls, he shot all digitally, i shot on film. That's when I finished my assignment. :)

Regarding pic 2. Yeah it does looked slanting to the right but its like that, I tried to position the horizon but failed to make it nicer ahaha...
