My try :D Tried a B/W cause I love the conversion you did. Tried to reproduce it
Balanced highlights and shadows a bit, added noise, Unsarp Mask, Channel Mixer, Gradient, Gradient Map, High Pass Filter, Dodge & Burn, vignetting

Ok I had a little bit of time, so I spent a while doing this and tried to give it a nice old feel, also tightened the compo a bit.

This is so funny.

BTW, I do have suggestion. Instead of just fixing it, I suggest maybe you can also explain what is done to get fixed result so that we can learn and compare.
