Slow connecting to foreign sites today?

Is it just me?

Foreign hosted sites are awfully slow today (Tuesday 19th) - try that other photo forum. Ping the fella & response is 1000+ms. SA.com is 10ms only. blogspot about 500+ms.

Anyone else? Is it Streamyx problem? Or just me?
