Well, i was practising the effect of light on my mini studio with using one flash and two light (that's all i have). Using the flash to backlight the back and the two light to shine on the glasses. Any help would be much grateful.

Yah still looks a bit underexposed, try slightly longer shutter speed and boost the light intensity for the flash.
You can also use a big piece of white card as a reflector to cut down on light loss and even up the shadows.
