Ok one thing to note, your composition in all 3 is very central, this tends to reduce the dynamic effect of the picture unless the subject itself is very symmetrical which it isn't in this case.
Also be very careful of your background, especially when taking close up shots as it can become very distracting, especially those bright highlights in #1 shot.
In shot #3 you've composed a little too tightly aswell, clipping off the top of a petal/leaf.
This is always a bad idea, before you press the shutter always check all 4 frame boundaries to make sure you aren't clipping anything.

Wow, The sifu is kicking my ass. Appreciate it very much. Its true my work is a trash. Just snap snap like crazy. Nor rules neither boundaries were taken in consideration. I'm going to take ur advice, as the first step in my macro world. Congxi congxi.

Not yet, he isn't :D
No work/pic is TRULY trash.
And this is how we learn
Snce you're new and you're using a new cam, shoot more, get to know your cam and you'll also recognise most of your pix on the LCD screen. Think about how it'll look or how you want it to look.

I was also like you when I first got my camera. Will just snap away like crazy wihout much consideration for technicalities and composition. Don't worry, you'll grow along as you traverse the path of photography :) It's always the first step that's most difficult most of the time, and I think you'll do well with all the advices and guidance from the people here.
As for you pics, they're generally too centralised. Try reading up on compositions and the rule-of-third. But these are just some guidance, not hardcore rules to follow. You could consider a portrait/vertical compo for these pics. Be careful of highlights, very obvious and distracting in #1.
Don't fret, just go on out and shoot with your heart.

Thats the reason I need so much input from u guys. Ur advices have shown a few critical things that I left out during my shots. Need to take so much in consideration. Need to bring a calculator during my snappy. Kidding... Thanks...:D
