Hello please, it's motor racing, get a grip.
Sports Ministry Taken To Task Over Sexy Models At Super GT Grand Prix (http://www.bernama.com/bernama/v3/news.php?id=269888)
Two government backbenchers Wednesday took to task the Youth and Sports Ministry over what they said were the presence of scantily clad sexy models in the Super GT Grand Prix held in Malaysia.
One of them, Datuk Hasni Mohamad (BN-Pontian), who had submitted a question on the matter in the Dewan Rakyat, asked how the ministry could have overlooked such a thing.
"How can such a thing be overlooked by the ministry because these girls were paraded not only in Kuala Lumpur but also nationwide?" he said when raising a supplementary question.
The other backbencher, Datuk Mohamad Aziz (BN-Sri Gading), asked why no action was taken in the matter when the country had pertinent legislation.
"We have the legislation and we say there will be enforcement but when someone violates the law we do not act, more so when the offender is a foreigner," he said, adding that the authorities were either afraid or embarrassed to be candid with offenders and thus remain silent.
"Eventually when questions are raised in Parliament, there will be answers. That's what has been happening then, now and (may be happening) forever," he said.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Youth and Sports Ministry S. Vigneswaran, when replying to the questions, said the models did not wear swim suits but were attired in hot pants.
Gonna ban hotpants soon?

well....what do you expect from these backbenchers? ;)
So hotpants is more important than all the leaks, all the increased cost of living, lack of transparency ... ?

Remember when someone complained that MAS stewardesses have uniforms that are too sexy? :P
It's alright, ban hot pants, then maybe there wont be Japan GT in sepang anymore, one less big event on their calendar.

Welcome (especially to foreigners here in SA) to Malaysia where a nation which (ahem its govt) prides on such intellectual abilities as well as promotes mind blowing, intellectually stimulating ideas which somehow my dog even has better instincts than them :D
While the world, i.e our neighbours - (North, South and West) progress further and further ahead attracting foreign investments, creating more jobs and stimulating more economic growth, we (this govt) takes a step back and tries to make the Dark Ages look even darker :D
Perhaps we should dress up like caveman and work from a cave

While our neighbours continue to worry and strive to create more jobs and build up the country here this govt worries more on what we should wear ?
:D ironic perhaps i should consult my parents what i should wear at work.

Haii.... this is all for their publicity only. They complain about it AFTER the event, so cannot do anything already since it is over, have to wait for next year. So can make a lot of loud noise now.
But after few months, this issue will die down, again no action will be taken when for next year event...until the event is over the cycle start again. ;)

Let's put it this way....if I'm ever going to attend the Jap GT...it'll be to see the "famous" GT queens....not the cars....have had enough of those during my uni days, hence my impaired hearing.
Then again....baju kebaya can be reeeaaallllyyy sexy too......if you know what to do with it, hehehe!
