Most of the tourist attractions in Taipei are easily accessible through their MRT and this is no exceptions. The Lungshan (Dragon Mountain) Temple is Taipei's oldest and most popular temple and also is one of Taiwan's premier religious edifices. It was built in 1783 and has since been rebuilt a few times due to the numerous natural disasters and the devastation of war over the centuries. If you ever visit Taiwan this place is a must-visit.

The temple's architecture is a three-section design in shape. There are the front hall, the rear hall and the right and left dragons protecting the middle hall. The layout is square and serene.

I second that esp this temple. It is a good place to do environmental portraiture.

Being a 200+yr-old temple I suppose the style would be different. :)

Thank you all.

Noordin, you won't regret visiting it if you happen to be in Taiwan. You can shoot to your heart's content without anyone bothering you. :D
