I was very eager to test out the lens, and it didnt took me long for the opportunity. I was greeted by an assassin upon reaching home! So i shoot him before he pulled the trigger!
Of course, shot wide open at f1.8 !

It didnt disappoint me as the first shot. Above was a cropped pic from half body shot at ISO 800, so I'm looking forward for more shoot at better lighting condition to see the real capability of this rather cheap, light, small and a fast AF lens.

yea..a true value buy, almost same amount with my monthly electricity bill :D
RM 1400 versus RM 6900 (85 1.2)
That's almost 5 units against 1 !!
Plus other free extra useful features like very light and fast AF ( the 85 1.2 was obviously slow, the long dragging sound was noticeable).
The 85 1.8 was like zmm!
and the 85 1.2 was like zmmmmmmm. Like a sluggish big lazy pig but it's not too slow for most circumstances. However I think would be too challenging for stopping action indoor lowlight although a big apperture lens is supposely shines on this area.
so who's the next cheapskate? :D

Here's a shot specifically testing on the bokeh in a small and cluttered toy room. :P
A fullframe shot at ISO 800 without flash, hence abit noisy. Should capable of smoother cream under better lighting and more space on the background :)

Full frame I'd definitely go for 85mm, preferably f/1.2 :D
Or even 135L f/2.0 is a good bet.
