Help! Manfrotto 026 Umbrella Adaptor

Help!

I bought a Manfrotto 026 Lite Tite Swivel and Umbrella Adapter but I do not know how to use it.

There was no instruction manual with the package.

Can anyone advise me how does it work?

Is this the correct upright orientation? Or is it upside down?

Lets call this Part A: A metal piece with a flat side. Where does this metal piece go? (top/bottom)

Lets call this Part B: A metal piece with a hole. Where does this metal piece go? (top/bottom)

This is the top part of the Manfrotto 051NB Mini Compact Stand.
Do I need to screw anything on top of the stand? (Part A or Part B)

This is the China made wireless flash trigger (PT-04 receiver).
There is a small threaded hole at the bottom. So, I guess that Part B will be screwed to this hole.

Alamak... why you buy that? In digicolor everything is set up, you just look and copy... or ask the person to show you how to use it. Didn't you ask anybody bout the monfrotto adapter? Did you get an umbrella with it?

Bring them to a TT and I'll set it up :) It's hard to explain like this.
