hi guys,
last 2 weekend i went to Gurney just to lepak2 and experimenting my D50 + 50/1.8 using highest ISO1600.
the noise pretty obvious but i like it eventho' it's a bit underexpose, right?
so hope u guys can try and play around with the photo.
i'll post mine when it's done. thanks!

here's my lame attempt on b&w conversion (since i don't know the proper way! :? )
what i did was,
1) duplicate layer
2) adjust saturation
3) adjust lightness
4) adjust contrast
5) adjust opacity

ok ok... another poor attempt of the "toned" technique.
seriously i've been looking method to do this over the net, but i can find it.
maybe it is a wrong term? :?

Don't know bout the rest but I think this will look good black and white, and a paint-ish feeling to it

I like it - but a little less grain may look better, but that's just me :D

Used PS CS2.
Did some shadows and highlights adjustment.
Reduced saturation.
Used Curves to increase brightness.
Ran Neat Image Plugin Noise reduction.
Final USM.
