Looks like a slice of turkey or chicken? Good control of lighting and colour!
Gojira's Foodie Tip: Parboil potatoes in salted boiling water. When semi-done, drain and make sure they are dry. Use a fork to "scratch" the outside of the potatoes so that they have a slightly mushy-looking surface. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, sprinkle with your favourite herbs and seasoning, crushed garlic and then whack it into an oven for 20-30 minutes on a decent heat. You'll end up with soft potatoes with a really crispy skin. Use goose or duck fat instead of olive oil if you can get some.

Hi Gojira, that's a very good tip! the process sounds a bit complicated but sure I will try it once. I'm sure it will be tastier than my plan boiled potato. ...This was my 1st attempt to make an rib eye steak.. isn't it look like a beef more than a chicken or turkey? hahahah~~

Kindness comment from my food tester: "looks good on the eyes, taste good in the mouth, can I have some more?":D:D
