Not just those two cameras, add tags in vista to any jpeg and exif gets destroyed, apparently.

Apparently not applicable to the newer Mark II and IIN. Just make sure you don't rotate or edit using Windows Explorer or Windows Gallery.

now that's the main reason why you should stick with XP... especially a photographer :D for me i'd skip Vista and go for OS instead.. *dreaming for iMac* :)

U mean missing exif after using window photo gallery to edit my file? But i view only RAW files..they're like negatives..u can't change them.
