Bought this with a SB400... :D Tried it out and found that the AF ain't so bad as what reviews stated...

Shot with SB400+P5000. Setting is auto WB, 1/259, F3.1 and direct flash from the SB400...

I looked at this cam, but went for Fuji F31d instead, loving it so far. Will post some pics soon when I bought the stupid xD card.

Yeah, I was considering the Fuji F31d as well but I wanted something which can fit the adaptor for digiscope... :P

Aside from that, was looking forward to use it to take macro pics with the raynox so therefore I need a 52 mm thread for that. The added advantage is that I can still use a flashgun for it... :D

At the end, this was my choice. Things got better then I saw someone selling his after using for afew weeks and willing to throw in the SB400. Without thinking much, PMed him and got it on the same day... lol

The deal was abit funny as I had never been so impulsive on purchasing something. All and all, its a good deal for me... :P

But now, come to think back, what are the significant diffs of this 2 cam? Care to share ah ST....

Planning to get a 82mm nikon scope... I got poisoned by philip aka herlequin ... he can be said master in birding... :D went out with him last weekend to Panti... lol

He reckon me to get it cause his wife is having one and loving the reach of the scope with her coolpix.... can see his site and his rank in birding community world wide.... :D
